Anything that writes sleep to Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android): Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung, Withings and more. In your device's own app, turn on syncing to Apple Health / Health Connect.

Open your ring or watch app first so it syncs to Apple Health / Health Connect, then open Bed by 10. On iPhone, check Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Bed by 10 → Sleep is on. Naps don't count toward a night.

We rank habits, not a brand's score: nights at the league's sleep goal, how steady your bedtimes are, and step-goal days. Recovery compares each person only with their own recent baseline. If two devices record the same night, we use one of them — never both.

Each week the league ignores everyone's worst night (the owner can set 0–2). A forgotten charger or a red-eye flight costs nothing.

Only the metrics you switched on: nightly sleep and in-bed minutes, bedtime and wake time, steps, and an optional recovery number. Never raw Health data and never cycle or symptom data.

Buy the Family plan, then choose one league in Family plan settings. You and the five earliest-joined other members get Pro, on iPhone or Android, while your plan is active.

No — 10 pm is only the suggestion. Set your own bedtime target in Settings; you're scored against your own target and your own consistency.

Subscriptions are managed by the store. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel.

Open the Pro screen and tap Restore while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Settings → Delete everything. It erases your account on our server and everything the app stored on your phone, immediately. See the Privacy Policy.
